Acclaimed band High Treason are best known for their NWOBHM hit ‘Saturday Night Special’.
With an evolved sound and line-up, the album includes known favourites such as ‘Big Dog’, ‘Things We Did to Schools Out’ and ‘Too Fast’.
Also on the album are brand new songs ‘Point Blank’, title track ‘Everything’s Gonna Change’, ‘Out of Time’ and ‘Blues is Following Me’.

With a desire to produce an album which captured the essence of the early days, the record was made using mostly analogue technology and with the band playing live with no click track.

Read what people are saying about the new album:

“High Treason have put together a fine album of hard-edged rock with a melodic overtone and a bluesy tinge. Plenty of muscular riffs and meaty hooks to latch on to as well.” newwaveofbritishheavymetal.com

“This is classy writing with strong performances all round demonstrating real understanding of what makes this genre work. This is good, honest British rock, strong on melody and well-delivered.” (4 stars) Guitar Techniques Magazine

“It’s a consistently excellent rock album from start to finish with good use of light and shade in the arrangements. Great production too, with all instruments and vocals clearly defined, and it’s a nice touch to have the CD presented as a mini vinyl replica. My particular favourites are ‘Last Names Done’, ‘Everything’s Gonna Change’, ‘Blues Is Following Me’ and the classic ‘Saturday Night Special’. I’m already looking forward to the next album.”

“Worth every penny, have played it so many times might have to get another one!”

“I own the new album, and like it a great deal. The singer sounds a bit like Coverdale when he sings his bluesier 70s Whitesnake material. He actually may sound even a bit more like the guy that Company of Snakes got to do their material. Either way, both are meant as compliments. Also, some of the solos are brilliant, melodic, and contain a great deal of feeling. I’m sold on High Treason!”

“Everything’s Gonna Change is a fantastic album from start to finish with a good variety of songs. Love it.”
